On May 12, 2022, the FinU held an online meeting with Donetsk National Technical University to discuss current areas of international cooperation.
Dmitry Semenov, Vice-Rector for Strategy and Work with Authorities, delivered a welcoming speech from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, presenting the University’s capabilities and resources.
On behalf of Donetsk National Technical University, the first Vice-Rector Artur Karakozov and Vice-Rector for International Affairs Andrey Ryazanov welcomed the participants, who also spoke about the existing needs in the field of training highly qualified personnel, additional education, scientific and methodological support and joint research and scientific events. Natalia Sergeeva, Head of the FinU Department of Methodological Support of Educational Programs, told about the possibilities of holding lectures and seminars with invited professors in an online format and offered to implement access to FinU library, information and electronic educational resources to students and teachers of Donetsk National Technical University. Lilia Prikhodko, Head of the FinU Department of International Cooperation, discussed the possibilities and procedure to develop a program of double-degree education programs and exchange programs with representatives of the Department of Economic Theory and Public Administration of Donetsk National Technical University ̶ Elena Vishnevskaya and Yana Khomenko, who were present at the meeting. Both parties concluded to prepare a cooperation agreement for signing and to develop a specific action plan for the cooperation implementation between universities.
