On April 9, 2026, in Hanoi, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Institute for Training of Economic and Financial Specialists under the Ministry of Finance of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The document outlines a comprehensive framework for collaboration in education and research. The agreement was signed by Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the Financial University, and Mr. Dinh Trong Thang, Director of the Institute for Training of Economic and Financial Specialists under the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
Under the terms of the agreement, the parties plan to implement joint professional development programs in key areas including:
