Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne of Polotsk is one of the oldest universities in Belarus, and its history is closely linked to the traditions of enlightenment on Belarusian lands. Today, the university trains specialists at the bachelor's and master's levels in both technical and humanities disciplines.
The Department of Information Technologies of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Big Data Analytics of the Financial University is developing cooperation with the Faculty of Information Technologies of Polotsk State University.
On April 14, 2026, an Agreement on International Cooperation was signed between the Financial University and Polotsk State University. The agreement was signed by the First Vice-Rector of Polotsk State University, Oksana Valeryevna Golubeva, in the presence of the leadership of the Faculty of Information Technologies. Associate Professor of the Financial University Vladimir Evgenievich Kosarev took part in the preparation of the signing of the Agreement on behalf of the Department of Information Technologies of the Financial University.
The conclusion of the Agreement on International Cooperation has opened new horizons between the universities both in the field of research activities and participation in scientific and practical conferences, as well as prospects for student academic mobility, student exchange programs, academic mobility under the Financial University's "Visiting Professor" program, and the Belarusian State Program "Intellectual Belarus."
