The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation has strengthened its position among the country’s leading educational institutions, entering the "Top 20 Russian Universities with the Best Reputation Among Employers — 2025,” as ranked by Forbes. This recognition confirms the high quality of our graduates’ training and their strong demand in the job market.
The ranking, published by a reputable business publication, is based on the results of a comprehensive survey of representatives from major Russian and international companies. Employers evaluated universities based on key criteria: graduates’ ability to apply knowledge in practice, professional competence levels, leadership qualities, and potential for career growth.
“Being included in this ranking is a natural result of our systematic efforts to integrate education with the real-world demands of the economy,” said Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the Financial University. “We are building strong partnerships with leaders in finance, the corporate sector, and government agencies so that our students are immersed in a professional environment from their first year. An objective assessment from key stakeholders — employers — is extremely important for us.”
The Financial University has traditionally been a training ground for key sectors of the economy. Its graduates hold leading positions in the Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Russia, major banks, consulting, and IT companies. The university actively develops project-based and analytical activities, internship programs, and career services, enabling students to build a successful professional trajectory even before graduation.
The inclusion in the Forbes ranking highlights the successful implementation of the university’s strategy to prepare highly qualified specialists capable of meeting the challenges of the modern digital economy and the expectations of top employers nationwide.
