To obtain a certificate of enrollment, please send an email to the International Student Office (iso@fa.ru).
In your email, please specify your full name and the official name of the institution where the certificate will be issued.
Processing time: 3 working days.
International Student Club - "Country Leaders"
International Student Club - "Country Leaders" is a vibrant community of students at Financial University dedicated to:
- Assisting international students with social and cultural adaptation
- Actively participating in organizing cultural and social events
- Promoting international youth cooperation
- Supporting the integration of international students into the educational, social, and cultural environment of the university
- Fostering intercultural understanding and mutual respect
ISC is a special space for interaction between international students and the university’s international services, where students have the opportunity to implement their boldest projects.

Buddy Program
This project involves participants helping international students who come for exchange programs, bachelor’s, or master's studies to adapt to life and studies in a foreign country.
Each international student at the Financial University is assigned a mentor ("Buddy") during their studies here — someone who becomes their first friend and helper in a new environment.
Buddy is a team of active, responsible individuals who enjoy helping and communicating with international students. We are always ready to assist and open to new experiences!
