- Applications for reinstatement for retaking state final certification are accepted monthly until the 10th, except in January and August.

- Certificate of study period from the foreign educational organization containing information about intermediate assessments prior to transfer
- Other documents as specified in the agreement on implementing the online educational program and local regulations of the Financial University
