Dear Applicants,
For students admitted to the Financial University in 2025, a total of 1,182 halls of residence places are available.
Due to an increase in cases of fraud on social networks, Telegram channels, and other platforms, we would like to inform you that halls of residence placement is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis through the Accommodation Service.
Please note that no prepayment is required for halls of residence accommodation. Payment for residence is only made upon check-in.
The Financial University has a complex of halls of residence:
Halls of residence located at Leningradsky Prospekt, 51, Buildings 2 and 3, and Novopeschanaya Street, 15A are equipped with accessible facilities designed for persons with disabilities and individuals with special needs. These facilities include a total of 31 places, of which 3 are designated for wheelchair users. The residences feature ramps and access ramps, widened doorways, and accessible sanitary, hygiene, and kitchen areas to ensure comfortable living for all residents.

Order of Accommodation in the Hall of Residence
When moving into the hall of residence, you must have the following documents with you:
- Original passport and copies of pages 2, 3, and 5;
- Registration certificate or military ID;
- Two 3x4 cm photographs;
- Original and copy of a document confirming privileges (for disabled persons and orphans);
- Original and copies of medical certificates confirming health status, vaccinations, fluorography, dermatologist’s and therapist’s conclusions. The presence of form 086u is welcomed;
- Medical insurance policy (OMS).
In addition, all minors (under 18 years old) moving into the hall of residence for signing a lease agreement must provide:
- Written consent from one parent (legal representative) for signing the agreement (see list of documents below);
- Copy of the parent’s (or other authorized person’s giving consent) identity document;
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate (or other document confirming the grounds for representing the minor’s interests by the person giving consent).
Payment for Accommodation in the Hall of Residence
Using the payment form for services of the Financial University, payments can only be made in Moscow!
- A mandatory condition for processing payments for educational services is to specify the contract details (number and date);
- For other services, specifying contract details is not mandatory.
Please note: when filling out the form, use dropdown lists and a calendar to enter dates or periods. The "additional payment purpose" field is optional and used if necessary to input payment information. Please review the payment rules and terms of the offer agreement.
When entering payer details, ensure that you specify them exactly as they appear on your identification document! If passport data are entered incorrectly, the bank will return your payment because it cannot transfer funds to the Financial University.
To enter a foreign passport number, simply input the number. If your documents contain Latin/English letters, type them using an English keyboard layout.
