The Advanced training program is for the current and prospective staff members of the government institutions. The program's advantage is its focus on the organizational, legal, financial, and economic mechanisms of the civil service. Legal, financial, and economic issues will be examined, and modern trends in public administration, including the digital transformation, introduction of a project-based approach to management, and principles of human-centered operations will be explored. Language of instruction is Russian supported with a translation to Vietnamese.
