The Advanced training program is for the executive staff, senior management and staff members of the financial and economic departments of the government institutions.
The key goal of the course is for the students to acquire knowledge of the principles and methods of the budget funds management, and of the principles of financial operations and financial control in the government institutions. You will learn about the topical issues related to public finance management, financial planning, funds allocation and financial control.
Language of instruction is Russian supported with a translation to Vietnamese.
