Diploma Supplement

FinU graduates have an opportunity to receive a Diploma Supplement to Financial University Diploma in English.

Diploma Supplement is an internationally standardized document designed for mutual recognition of national higher education documents.

Diploma Supplement is filled out in English and contains information about:

• the name and level of the qualification awarded;
• the transcript of grades;
• the name of course and graduation qualification papers and their grades;
• the education system of Russia;
• the grading scheme of Financial University.

The academic load in Diploma Supplement is presented in ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits and on the 5-point and 100-point scales adopted by FinU. 

Diploma Supplement is an analogue of an academic transcript for graduates. 

The Supplement is issued free of charge to graduates of Financial University and its branches with Bachelor’s, Master’s and Specialist’s degrees. In addition, persons who enrolled in All-Russian State Tax Academy (VGNA), the State University of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (GUMF), the All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics (VZFEI), but graduated from FinU (full-time) can also apply for the issue of Diploma Supplement.

In order to obtain Diploma Supplement you should follow the procedure below:

1. Fill in the application form, indicating the topics of the graduation paper and all the course papers written over the entire period of study;
2. Submit the filled in and signed application at the address: Moscow, Leningradsky Prospekt, 49, office 137; or send a scanned copy to the e-mail address academy@fa.ru;
3. Your Diploma Supplement will be issued within 30 working days from the date of registration of the application; 
4. Once Diploma Supplement is ready, our coordinator will contact you and inform you about the ways you can receive it. 

Please note!

• Diploma Supplement is issued to graduates who completed their studies not earlier than 31 August, 2003. 
• Graduates who completed their studies before 31 August, 2008 should submit a copy of the Russian diploma.
• Persons who graduated from All-Russian State Tax Academy (VGNA), the State University of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (GUMF), the All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics (VZFEI) before the merger of the universities with FinU are not issued Diploma Supplement.
• Diploma Supplement does not include the GPA score of the diploma. In case you need an official FinU certificate with the GPA, you can send a request to FinU’s general mailbox academy@fa.ru.
