Provision of Beds in the Residence Hall for Those Admitted in 2023

For the accommodation of students who will be admitted in full-time education in September 2023, 1,410 beds have been allocated in the FinU residence halls, namely:

1. For persons eligible for admission under a special admission quota – 150 beds
2. For persons who have the right of preferential admission (concession holders) – 150 beds
3. For persons who have a special right when applying for bachelor’s degree programs (winners and prize-winners of school Olympiads) – 150 beds
4. For foreign citizens, compatriots living abroad, and stateless persons admitted in academic programs in the training concentrations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, the Federal Agency Rossotrudnichestvo and those in need of accommodation – 650 beds
5. For persons admitted in bachelor’s degree programs on the terms of a general competition, * – 100 beds.
*The list of persons who will be provided with beds in the residence hall is formed in descending order of the amount of competitive points.
6. For persons admitted in master’s degree programs on the terms of a general competition,* – 50 beds.

7. For persons arriving for Academic Exchange Program – 30 beds.
8. For students of the Pre-University Faculty – 100 beds.

The order of settlement in residence hall:

When checking into the residence hall, you must have the following documents:

• Original passport and copies of 2, 3 and 5 pages;
• 2 photos 3x4 cm;
• The original and a copy of the document confirming the availability of concessions (for the disabled and orphans);
• The original and copies of the health certificate and the availability of vaccinations, fluorography, the conclusion of a dermatologist and therapist. Availability of the 086u certificate is welcome;
• Medical insurance policy.

To check into a residence hall, you need to get a certificate of form 086 / y or you can undergo a survey in your country, but then you will need to make a notarized translation of the certificates.

You need to go through the following doctors:

• Neurologist;
• Ophthalmologist;
• Surgeon;
• Dermatologist;
• Fluorography;
• General blood test;
• Mandatory blood test for RW, HBC, HCV, HIV and malaria (according to indications) ;
• Examination of feces on helminth eggs;
• Infectionist.
• And also purchase VMI upon arrival in the Russian Federation.
