FinU Presents its Site on World Youth Festival 2024

From March 1-7, 2024, the Sirius federal territory hosted the World Youth Festival, a large-scale event that brought together more than 20 thousand Russian and foreign young leaders in science, education, business and various spheres of public life. Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the FinU, took part in the Festival program as an honorary guest and talked with students and faculty, representatives of the University delegation.

Experts from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Mass Communications of the FinU conducted interactive workshops as part of the World Youth Festival. Oksana Gaman-Golutvina, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, President of the Russian Political Science Association, gave the start of the platform work dedicated to opportunities for everyone, she warmly welcomed the participants and watched with genuine interest the latest methods in social and political research presented by the FinU. 

Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Mass Communications Alexander Shatilov told the guests of the exposition about the opportunities that FinU provides to its students.  Young people also got to know advanced educational technologies at specialized workshops. They took part in interactive sessions dedicated to the tools of professional success, where they learnt more about their strengths and practiced effective communication skills, as well as immerse themselves in virtual reality. In addition, a screening of a film about the University was organized for young people.
