On February 20, 2024, a regular meeting of the FinU Academic Council was held.

At the beginning of the meeting, two cooperation agreements were signed in a solemn atmosphere with the federal state state educational institution of higher education “University of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation” and the BARS Group company. As part of the Agreement with the University of the Prosecutor’s Office, such forms of cooperation are provided for as: joint conduct of fundamental and applied scientific research; mutual exchange of information, scientific, educational and methodological materials, experience in the implementation of scientific and educational activities, experience in international cooperation; organization of work on professional development of the faculty; joint activities on legal education. As part of the agreement with BARS Group JSC, it is planned to ensure the functioning of a copy of the Electronic Budget system in the information and telecommunications infrastructure of the FinU.

V.B. Tripolsky, Head of the Department of Military and Political Work of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Main Military Clinical Hospital named after academician N.N. Burdenko”, presented to the FinU Rector S.E. Prokofiev a letter of thanks from the Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

According to the established tradition, Rector S.E. Prokofiev solemnly presented the faculty with certificates of awarding the academic title of associate professor and congratulated the members of the Academic Council who celebrated their birthdays.

The Deputy Head of the Department of cooperation with specialized universities of the city of Moscow “ConsultantPlus” Yu.E. Dyachkova presented our students with the awards of the winners of the Olympiad on knowledge of the Legal Reference system “ConsultantPlus”.

The working part of the meeting was opened with reports by D.A. Semenov, Vice-Rector for Strategy and Work with GR, on the implementation of the FinU Development Program in 2023 and on the FinU branch network in 2023 and tasks for 2024. There was also a report by the Vice-Rector for Marketing and Working with Applicants, S.V. Bryukhovetskaya, on the rules of admission to the FinU and the control figures for admission to secondary vocational education programs.

At the same time, other issues of the FinU current activities were considered during the meeting of the Academic Council.​
