On February 14, 2024, the Industry Day was held at the Russia EXPO. At the event, in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, Rector of the FinU Stanislav Prokofiev and Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alexey Gruzdev signed a cooperation agreement between the University and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
Stanislav Prokofiev emphasized the importance of interaction between the University and the ministry implementing state policy in industry, a major industrial partner and employer.
“The signing of the agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia is an important, landmark event for us, which opens up broad prospects for cooperation in a number of areas. I am sure that our cooperation will give an additional impetus to the development of innovative university projects, will contribute to the introduction of the most promising developments into production and will enable our students to join the most in-demand modern sectors of the economy already at the training stage. In turn, FinU, having a strong academic base, will be able to assist the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the development and implementation of new technologies, increasing labor productivity and finding new points of economic growth,” Stanislav Prokofiev stressed.
