Shanghe Youth Internship Program

The International Cooperation Department informs students about the opportunity to participate in the Shanghe Youth high-level internship from the Center for International Legal Training and Cooperation for the SCO (PRC).

The Shanghe Youth high-level internship program aims to promote the development of the Association of Law Universities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, promote the implementation of exchange programs among the youth of the SCO countries to enrich legal culture, and also, to develop professional talents that meet the needs of the SCO region and the SCO member states.  

The program is intended for students studying/who have studied Law. 

The scholarship covers the following expenses:

·         Application fee: 400 yuan/person.

·         Tuition fee: 50,000 yuan per year

·         Renting a room: 150/day, double room

·         Living expenses: 3000 yuan/month

·         General health insurance policy: 1000 yuan per year; 500 yuan/half a year

Duration of study: one semester (March-July 2024)

Language of instruction: English

Requirements for participants of the program:

·         Lack of citizenship of the People's Republic of China

·         Having a Bachelor of Law degree

·         Excellent academic performance

·         Under 40 years of age

·         English language proficiency

·         Compliance with the admission requirements set by the University to which the contestants submit an application regarding academic achievements, language proficiency and other aspects
