    The main aim of this discipline is to provide up-to-date knowledge of corporate finance and financial markets, disclosure and interpretation of financial information, as well as the skills required to make managerial decisions in the field of cash flow.

    Taxes and the Taxation System of the Russian Federation

    The syllabus of this discipline covers the origin of taxes, the historical process of turning taxes into the main source of government revenues, the economic nature of taxes and their purpose.

    Financial Markets

    The discipline is aimed at gaining knowledge about financial markets, financial institutions, financial instruments (securities and derivatives), and risks associated with financial institutions and instruments.


    The discipline is aimed at providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practice of insurance activities, how the insurance market and insurance organisations operate, insurance technologies and business processes along with the development of insurance products.


    The discipline involves studying finance and its components, financial operations, financial systems, financial resources, financial crises, professional ethics, and functional foundations of financial management.
