In modern state and municipal management,  project management is considered to be a highly effective tool for realising large and unique tasks, including those representing public significance and having social effect. Projects in public administration involve a set of tasks aimed at solving problems and achieving goals, fulfillment of which is limited in time and is connected with the use of financial, material and labor resources. 

Students will receive theoretical and practical skills of project formation and implementation, setting and achieving goals and objectives in optimal terms and within the established budgets, practical skills in team education and methods of group work. Students will study methods, tools, and techniques that allow to evaluate and form projects from the standpoint of the probability of achieving the goals, minimizing risks, structuring the tasks clearly, and assessing the budget effect.


After the end of the program graduates will know modern concepts in the field of project activity in the public sector, information systems and how to apply them for solving tasks of their professional activities. Our graduates will be able to apply advanced technologies of project management in the public and municipal system as well as know modern foreign practices in the field of public administration.
