The program Personnel Management is a new generation program which was developed on the basis of the educational standard of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.  

The program is aimed at developing the main professional competencies in managing human resources in an organisation, distributing functions, powers and responsibilities, using modern personnel-technologies in the field of motivation and stimulation of labor, personal, and social development of personnel, as well as  improving labor relations.


Main disciplines

  • Modern Technologies in Corporate HR Management

    The discipline develops scientific and practical ideas about modern technologies and highlights best practices for managing human resources in an organisation.

  • Talent Management and Communication with Personnel

    This discipline develops a holistic view of the talent management process and individual work. It also provides theoretical, practical, and psychological foundations for talent management in an organisation and forms skills of talent management in the organisation.

  • Corporate Culture Formation

    This discipline develops knowledge of the main components of organisational culture, its essence and characteristics, peculiarities of work with different categories of staff in an organisation. Students learn more about organisational behavior and management skills.

  • Remuneration Management

    This discipline develops knowledge and skills in motivating and stimulating staff in an organisation. Students learn how to design the system of motivating and stimulating personnel in specific conditions and develop remuneration conditions.

  • HR Consulting

    HR consulting is a complete system that ensures focused decisions in order to improve management of human resources in modern organisations.

  • Corporate Social Development Management

    Students study personnel management, which is necessary for the development of optimal methods of management of social activities in an organization. The disciplines focus on methods aimed at stimulating economic efficiency of an organisation and empowerment.

  • The University of Grenoble Alpes was formed after a merger of three universities of different training profiles located in Grenoble.
