Rafael Mulenga, a 2nd-year postgraduate student at the Faculty of International Economic Relations, successfully participated in the All-Russian Award "Foreign Student of the Year of the Russian Federation", organized by the AIS (Association of Foreign Students) with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
