The Department of Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance carries out educational, methodical research and expert-analytical activities in the following scientific areas: finance, money circulation and credit, economy of national economy management.
The Department provides training in 4 fields of study, offers 11 master’s programs, 2 postgraduate programs, and organizes training for Doctoral students. All educational programs are professionally accredited.
The Department actively cooperates with ministries and governmental establishments, the Bank of Russia, Russian corporations, professional organizations and associations, Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Experts from the following companies are actively engaged in the educational process: Rostech, Gazprom, Russian Railways, Lukoil, Rosneft, Mosinszhprojekt, Russian Venture Company, Raifaisenbank, Vnesheconombank, Sberbank, Gazprombank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, ERNST&YOUNG, DELOITTE, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS (United Kingdom).
