Ulrich's Periodicals Directory is the standard library directory and database providing information about popular and academic magazines, scientific journals, newspapers and other serial publications. It covers all subjects, and includes publications that are published regularly or irregularly.

The print version was first published in New York City in 1932. Now the online version includes over 300,000 active and current periodicals.

Ulrich’s database is used by academic institutions to conduct research on the analysis of the world flow of periodicals and compile the input stream of periodicals. One can find the information needed using ISSNs, titles, date, cost, subject information and keywords. Links are available to other databases that allow viewing the contents of journals.

Thanks to the fact that the FinU Journal "Finance: Theory and Practice" was included into the Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, it has significantly increased its visibility in the international academic field. It has become more accessible to both academic libraries and researchers, faculty members and students all over the world.

We hope that this will broaden our international audience including authors and readers of the journal and increase its visibility and citation.
