On April 16, 2021, a traditional lecture on Russian culture and history within the "The Russian Way" program was held at the FinU Lecture Center. The event was organised by the FinU International Students and Faculty Department.
This time, Alexander Linnikov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, made a presentation on the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
During his lecture, the Vice-Rector elaborated on all the basic stages of the formation of the highest regulatory legal act of Russia — the Constitution.
"It is possible to evaluate the current political situation in our country from different perspectives, but, having overcome 4 centuries of developing constitutional norms, we have finally come to such an environment where the spirit of law is really strong"
The lecture featured a lively discussion, the participants asked their questions and received detailed answers.
Friendly reminder: regular participation in the lectures allows foreign students to get extra points for their admissions portfolio required for entering bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.
