On March 29, 2021, an interactive seminar on the financial fundamentals of business was held at the FinU Faculty of Economics and Business as part of the career guidance program for foreign applicants.
Senior Lecturer of the Department of Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance Lyubov Khrustova, PhD, welcomed the participants and made a presentation. In her speech, she addressed career success stories of such people as Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk and many others and paid special attention to a great variety of bachelor’s degree programs: economics, tourism, management.
In addition, during the webinar, Lyubov Khrustova talked about the innovative approach applied in the educational process. What is more, she stressed the importance of continuous interaction with employers as an indispensable element in shaping not only individual learning and developmental trajectories but also building a successful career!
Foreign applicants were also able to learn how to put one’s creative business ideas into practice, how to gain expertise in financial analysis and corporate finance, and got a chance to participate in an online quiz.
