On 4 December 2019, a reception was held on the occasion of the official visit of the Prime Minister of Mongolia Uhnagiin Hurelsuh by invitation of President Vladimir Putin. The visit is aimed at establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership between Mongolia and Russia.
We have the most kind, centuries-old and traditionally friendly relations with Russian people. Mongolian and Russian peoples are peoples who in difficult years of war and during peaceful years helped each other.

On behalf of the Financial University he congratulated Ukhnagiin Hurelsuh on a successful completion of his visit, and also welcomed members of the Mongolian delegation: Ambassador of Mongolia to Russia, Vice-Prime Minister of Mongolia, Minister of Finance, Mongolian and Russian diplomats and statesmen.
"It was wonderful to get acquainted with the united team of civil servants and diplomats of our sister country. Many of them studied in the USSR that is why their Russian is excellent.
