Deputy Head of the Centre for Digital Finance at the Southampton Business School Prof. Larisa Yarovaya graduated from the FinU Faculty of Management, Class of 2013, so the meeting was a so-called return to Alma Mater!

FinU Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Alexander Linnikov welcomed the participants of the meeting. 

Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Office Alexey Sereda introduced the structure of the FinU International Office and also showed around the Museum of Finance. 

Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed the creation of joint bachelor’s degree education programs in the field of Financial Technology, which will be implemented at the Faculty of Economics and Business, specifically at the Department of Corporate Finance and Corporate Management. 

Deputy Dean for International Cooperation Khvicha Kharchilava elaborated on the activities of the Faculty of Economics and Business. 

At the end of the meeting, Larisa Yarovaya expressed her sincere gratitude for organising the meeting and holding successful negotiations earlier. She also noted the positive spirit of cooperation on the British side.

Moreover, Larisa Yarovaya agreed to participate in the "Visiting Professor" program and host a master class for the FinU faculty on publishing their research results in Scopus and WoS journals.
