Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Alexander Linnikov greeted the guests and gave a tour around the Financial University and the Museum of Finance.

Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation with the leading French universities, noted the importance of involving leading French experts in the fields of economic security, the world economy and artificial intelligence, and discussed raising the prestige of science and stimulating innovative technologies.

During the meeting, both parties agreed to involve leading experts and conduct joint research in the fields of informatics, mathematics, economics, and finance.

It is worth mentioning that the French side expressed interest in joining international conferences and forums organised at the Financial University as well as organising joint summer schools for French students. Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Ekaterina Bezsmertnaya, Head of the Department for International Cooperation Lilia Prikhodko, and Assistant Professor of the Department of Risk Analysis and Economic Security Igoris Krzherchkovskis also took part in the meeting.
