November 25, 19.00, leading PLM expert and entrepreneur from Newton (Massachusetts) Oleg Shilovitskiy will be giving a lecture within the framework of the program "Visiting Professor" at the Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis.
The lecture will cover the following topics:
1. Current trends in developing and implementing PLM-systems. Development directions of PLM-systems in the modern world. Main problems and prospects of the development;
2. The main PLM vendors and their features. Possible competitors Autodesk, Siemens or Dassault;
3. Problems encountered in implementing PLM systems, etc.
Oleg Shilovitsky is the co-founder and CEO of OpenBOM. He has been developing software products for data management, engineering and production for already 25 years.
