The Government of the Russian Federation has decided to increase the number of foreign students by 2025.
The new realities dictated by the COVID-19 pandemic have raised more questions than ever about the organisation of the working process with students coming from abroad, their compliance with the migration legislation, and the implementation of adaptation measures.
In this connection, experts on working with foreign students from leading universities of Russia as well as representatives from the Central Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) will take part in the work of the meeting.
The results of this event will help to draw up proposals which will be forwarded to the State Duma Committee on Education and Science and to the Government of the Russian Federation.
