The first training sessions of the Nordic Walking Club were held in Chapaevskiy Park on these wonderful autumn days.
Thus, the beginning has been made: the first kilometres of the route have been covered, which go far beyond the horizons of the perception of space and time. The most important thing in Nordic walking is permanence, determination and atmosphere! And strong health will be an additional bonus to the immunity earned while walking.
