During the in-person sessions, students from the Pre-University Training Faculty went regularly to the FinU library located on the campus (Leningradskiy Prospect 51/1). The guys used some additional learning materials for studying Russian and gathered in the reading hall to do their home assignments. With the help of their teachers and tutors, they compiled the list of the necessary literature.

Now, when they are studying online, everything has changed dramatically: the usual paper editions are not used during the classes, all textbooks are offered in the electronic form.

Therefore, it was crucial to show the foreign students around the FinU electronic library and to teach them how to use these resources effectively.

It didn’t seem to be a big problem for the students, as new technology doesn’t really seem new to them.
