The organisers were the Roscongressional Foundation, Cyber Legacy (CL), Territory of Innovation and Business Priority projects as well as the sports platform of the Roscongressional Foundation — RK-Sport.
The tournament games were broadcast on the specialised streaming platform Twitch and on the YouTube channel "Innovators 2020" attracting over 2,000 viewers.
