The Swiss Academy for International Law is a Swiss higher education institution located in Geneva.

Founded as a Russian educational and scientific centre abroad, it combines the best university traditions of Russia and Europe.

President of the Swiss Academy for International Law Alexei Klishin opened the meeting with a welcoming speech on implementing double-diploma (bachelor’s degree) programmes given the challenges presented by present day conditions.

Vice-President of JSC Gazprombank, Member of the Executive Board of the Russian Association of Lawyers, President of the Center for International Legal Education, First Vice-Rector of the Swiss Academy for International Law Natalia Tretyak also welcomed the participants.

On behalf of the Financial University, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Alexander Linnikov, Head of the Department of Legal Regulation of Economic Activities Gulnara Ruchkina, Head of the International Cooperation Office Lilia Prikhodko, Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Office Alexey Sereda, and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law Oksana Petyukova participated in the online meeting.

During the meeting between the Financial University and the Swiss Academy for International Law, an agreement on cooperation was concluded and is expected to be implemented in the near future.

Alexander Linnikov spoke about the process of developing and promoting a joint educational programme at the Financial University.
