Within the framework of the project "30 before 30", Forbes Editorial Office searches for the brightest young people in ten categories, e.g. entrepreneurs, managers, financiers and investors, young specialists working in the sphere of science and technology, social sector, sports or cybersport, art, music, fashion and design, and even media.

Experts from various fields provided assistance to the Editorial Office in compiling the long list of nominees. Some applicants filled in an application form and submitted it to participate in the project.
Besides the participants with Russian citizenship, several representatives from Belorussia and Kazakhstan (including stand-up celebrity Nurlan Saburov) entered the long list.
The jury, experts, and the Forbes Editorial Board choose Top-30 representatives. The readers can also vote for the nominees online on the Forbes website.
