You can get a pass online at the official website of the Mayor of Moscow (mos.ru).
In order to get a pass you need to:
1. Log in to mos.ru.
2. Select the service "Get a Digital Pass for Travelling in the Territory of the City of Moscow";
3. Fill in the series and number of your passport;
4. If you are going to travel by car, indicate the make and the license plate of your car;
5. If you are going to travel by public transport, enter the number of "Troika" or "Strelka" passes;
6. Indicate the INN of the organisation or the medical facility you are heading.
Send a request.
The system will display a special code on the screen.
Make sure to save this code: write it down, take a photo of it or take a screenshot.
You can also get a pass sending a text to 7377.
You need to:
1. Indicate the purpose of travelling (1 for travelling to work, 2 for travelling to a medical facility, 3 for other purposes);
2. Type in the series and number of your passport;
3. Type in the license plate of your car or the number of your "Troika"/"Strelka" (if used);
4. Indicate the INN of the organisation or the medical facility you are heading.
You will get a digital pass in the SMS-message.

Specialists of the call center/ hotline will help you get a digital pass. The contact center operator will request the necessary information and fill in the data for the digital pass for you.
Then the digital pass code will be dictated to you. This code should be written down and shown to the authorised bodies during verification.
The following digital permit categories are being introduced for traveling within the city:
1. Work-related travelling.
Passes are intended for those whose presence is required in the workplace. Also suitable for services which ensure transportation, for instance, logistics or courier services).
Period: until April 30th.
Where can you go: to and from work, as well as business trips, for instance, deliveries.
Number of trips: unlimited.
2. Visits to a medical facility.
Passes are intended for those who require a visit to a medical facility.
For what period: one day.
Where can you go: one visit to a particular medical facility.
3. Travelling for other personal purposes permitted under the current epidemiological restrictions.
Passes are intended for those who need to move around the city for personal reasons (other than a visit to a medical facility) using private or public transport. For example, to the store, to the country house, to deliver food or medications to elderly relatives.
Where you can go: to and from the destination specified in the digital pass.
Number of the permits issued: permits may be obtained not more than twice a week.
