All quotas for the education of foreign citizens or stateless persons are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Application deadlines:  November 5, 2019 to May 15, 2020 until 16:00 (MSK).

All you choose to apply for undergraduate programmes of 2020/2021 academic year, it is necessary to apply via email at interpriem@fa.ru.

Foreign applicants who are willing to get enrolled to the university within the quota of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, are required to participate in the International Competition of the Financial University for Youth and become the winner and/or participate in the portfolio competition (send your portfolios at interpriem@fa.ru)

Send the required documents via email:

1. A filled-in application form (pdf) with a digital color photo (3 x 4 cm);  

2. Copies of your education certificates and a transcript with a list of courses taken and grades (points) obtained. In case you do not have an education certificate which can verify your education and/or training due to the peculiarities of the educational process in the country of your origin, you should submit a document which contains information about the results of the latest tests passed. This document has to be issued by the educational establishment where you received training;

3. A medical certificate (form 086u) issued by an authority that operates in the country of origin that proves that there are no counter indications to training on the territory of the Russian Federation;

4. An HIV/AIDS certificate issued by an authority that operates in the country of origin;Copies of the passport pages that will be shown at the border control on entering the territory of the Russian Federation. Your passport should be valid for at least 18 months from the date of your student visa is issued. All the information provided should be easily legible. ​

The documents should be scanned and submitted in color in JPEG format.

Documents of foreign candidates must be translated into Russian and notarized.

The code and name of the programme chosen by a foreign applicant must correspond to the programme indicated in the list of undergraduate programmes.

Undergraduate applicants are permitted to choose 1 programme only.

Please note that the final decision for the tuition fee compensation from the budget funds and the student admission is at the discretion of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
