A team of students from the Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis with the support of the FinU Business Incubator took 3rd place in the hackathon “Economics of the Future of Moscow”, held from October 25 to November 10, 2022 jointly by the Government of Moscow and the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with the support of Sberbank PJSC.
The presented project “Recommendation System for Building Individual Educational Trajectories RFS (Roadmap for Success)” is to develop an analytical system for automatically building individual educational trajectories for each resident of Moscow, based on data from his digital footprint. The system also allows you to predict potentially obsolete professions and/or competencies and evaluate groups of people who are most suitable (that is, whose training will require minimal investment of funds) for retraining in specialists of new professions in the labor market.
The analytical center of Moscow offered the team to undergo an internship and implement a project for the city.
