On October 26, 2022, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus hosted an open lecture by Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the FinU, on the topic “Improving the System of Public Administration in the Russian Federation (using the example of the Treasury of Russia)”. The event was attended by the administration of the Academy of Management, representatives of public administration bodies, faculty, employees and students of the Academy, as well as students of BSU and BSEU.
In his speech, Stanislav Prokofiev focused on the digital transformation of the financial system of the Russian Federation and the main changes in the system of public administration on the example of the Treasury of Russia.
Also, as part of the working visit, a meeting of the FinU delegation with the administration of the Academy of Management was held, at which the participants discussed further cooperation in the scientific and educational fields, shared their experience in organizing the educational process, and outlined prospects for bilateral cooperation in training specialists in public administration. The official cooperation agreement signing ceremony between the Academy of Management and the FinU took place.
During the visit, the FinU delegation got acquainted with the history and life of the Academy of Management, visited the Museum exposition of the Academy, and also took part in the ceremony of laying flowers at the mass grave of Stalag-352 prisoners, Soviet soldiers, partisans, underground workers, civilians on Tolbukhina Street.
