On October 25, 2022, on the first day of the working visit, a delegation of the FinU headed by Rector S.E. Prokofiev visited the Center for Advanced Studies of Managers and Specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, where a meeting was held with the Minister of Finance of the Republic Yu.M. Seliverstov, Head of the Main State Treasury S.F. Kachan and Director of the Center K.V. Velichkovich.
Rector of the FinU S.E. Prokofiev and Minister of Finance of Belarus Yu.M. Seliverstov discussed the challenges facing the economy of the Union State today and agreed to cooperate in order to develop effective tools in financial management and economic development to solve urgent tasks to ensure national security.
Also during the meeting, the participants exchanged experience in training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in financial control, audit, taxation and accounting and outlined promising areas for further cooperation.
Director of the Center for Advanced Studies of Managers and Specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus K.V. Velichkovich told colleagues about the activities of the Center, noted the positive experience of working together with experts of the FinU in increasing training programs and expressed interest in expanding cooperation.
In turn, the FinU Rector S.E. Prokofiev noted that the University’s administration is open to proposals and is ready to actively participate in the multilateral interstate cooperation development and promote the implementation of joint innovative programs and projects.
