On October 20, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY IN THE FACE OF NEW CHALLENGES” was held at the sites of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN).

The conference is aimed at systematically studying the noted global challenges of the neo-industrial economy within the Fourth Industrial Revolution, to stimulate academic discussion and scientific search for theoretical, methodological and applied solutions and developments to ensure technological sovereignty. The conference also aims to show that the first transition results to Industry 4.0 are already visible, and the prospects for technological sovereignty depend on many factors, on today’s actions, the synergy of state and corporate governance, the unification of science, industry and education.

Tatiana Bratarchuk, Dean of the Preparatory Faculty, Associate Professor of the FinU Department of State and Municipal Management, took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference as a speaker. The report was prepared on the topic “Characteristics of New Methods of State Support of Technological Industries”.
