On October 21, 2022, the first meeting of the FinU Board of Trustees – a collegial management body, was held to assist in addressing urgent challenges of the university’s development and ensuring its competitiveness.
Anton Siluanov, Minister of Finance of Russia, was elected Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, and Olga Chepurina, Deputy Government Chief of Staff, was elected Deputy.
In accordance with the agenda of the meeting, a report was made by Stanislav Prokofiev, a member of the Board of Trustees, Rector of the FinU, Doctor in Economics, Professor, dedicated to the main directions of the university’s development.
The above report was focused on the key challenges and trends of the FinU development, its educational, research, and innovation activities, regional development policy and its social infrastructure.
