On October 18, 2022, FinU hosted a meeting of the University administration and representatives of the delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan – member of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget Ardak Tengebayev and director of the Center for Analytical Research and Evaluation Nurlan Ybyrayym. The agenda of the event included the development of international cooperation in the field of education and science.
Stanislav Prokofiev, FinU Rector addressed the guests with a welcoming speech, noting the importance of establishing and developing educational, scientific, research ties between the FinU and the financial and economic bloc of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The delegation representatives were also welcomed by Mikhail Eskindarov, FinU President who introduced the guests to the FinU history and its main achievements.
During the visit, the parties discussed the possibilities of conducting joint scientific research and publishing their results, organizing internship programs and academic exchange. During the discussion, it was noted that FinU actively cooperates with partners from the Republic of Kazakhstan and is ready to expand areas of cooperation in the future.
The visit ended with a tour of the FinU and an inspection of the Museum of Finance exposition.
