Welcome to an open lecture with the topic “A Modern Approach to TV Advertising Planning and an Overview of the Advertising Digital Landscape in New Realities”.

Today, one can hear a lot of popular opinions about the lifespan of advertising on television and on the Internet. Of course, the realities of our time do not allow us to guarantee the high efficiency of the introduction of a particular advertisement in the long term, but the advertising landscape studied in advance can become quite significant, because crisis periods pass, and marketing strategies adjust to the coming period of stability and subsequent development, bearing the experience gained.

An open lecture of the First season of the marathon-immersion in the Business UP  environment hosted by the Faculty of Economics and Business on “A Modern Approach to TV Advertising Planning and an Overview of the Advertising Digital Landscape in New Realities” is delivered on October 14, 2022 from 11.50 to 13.20  (room 501, Kibalchicha str., 1). Irina Romanova, Director of PHD Media Direction Group,  and E.Tretyakova, Digital Director will tell you why TV and digital channels remain dominating in terms of investment.

The lecture will focus on the designated two media in the following aspects:

  • key statistics of TV planning;

  • approaches to the figuring the recommendations for tuning up TV campaigns: weight, coverage, frequency, types of TV campaigns and their choice;

  • alternative advertising opportunities in a particular digital channel: social networks, contextual advertising, video advertising, banner advertising, bloggers.
