Congratulations to the Faculty of Social Sciences and Mass Communications, the Department of Psychology and Human Capital Development on the successful completion of professional and public accreditation!
On May 18, 2022, professional and public accreditation of educational programs was held at the FinU: Personnel Management (38.03.03 Personnel Management, bachelor’s degree level), Human Resource Management (38.04.03 Personnel Management, master’s degree level).
The expert commission got acquainted with the FinU, its material and technical base, heads of educational programs, students, graduates, our employers and partners, studied educational and methodological documentation.
Experts noted the high training level of our students, the quality of teaching, communication with partners, and transparency of the educational process.
“It was very interesting to work with the programs. It’s clear that everything is made carefully and properly”, noted Oksana Vlasova, head of the expert center “ExpertActive”.
Professional and public accreditation confirmed the high level of educational programs, the development of digital competencies among students in accordance with the updated professional standard, and the requirements of the labor market.
