On April 25th, 2022, a meeting with the delegation from the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after Batyraly Sydykov was hosted at the Financial University. During the meeting, the issues of international cooperation in education and science were discussed.

 

Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after Batyraly Sydykov was represented by Rector, Doctor of Economics, Professor Chatkalbai Rayymbayev, Director of the Department for International Relations and Investments A. Baltabayeva, and Director of the Educational Department A. Yusupov.

 

FinU Vice-Rector for Marketing and Working with Applicants and Responsible Secretary of the Admissions Office Svetlana Bryukhovetskaya opened the meeting and welcomed the representatives of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after Batyraly Sydykov. The Vice-Rector also dwelled upon the main activities of the university and ongoing international projects.

 

Rector Chatkalbai Rayymbayev thanked the FinU management for the reception, and also expressed hope for further cooperation and the launch of joint projects in the field of science and education.

 

During the meeting, the parties discussed the main directions of academic and scientific cooperation, among which special attention was paid to the opportunities for applicants from the Kyrgyz Republic to enroll in the main educational programs of the Financial University, participation in joint scientific conferences, prospects for cooperation in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in the 2+2, 1+1 format and training opportunities for applicants from the Kyrgyz Republic at the Pre-University Training Faculty.

 

The event was also attended by Deputy Vice-Rector for Marketing and Work with the Applicants Kira Artamonova, Deputy Vice-Rector for Research Yulia Gruzina, Head of the Department for International Cooperation Lilia Prikhodko, as well as Head of the Department for Work with Applicants Aziza Azizova and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Pre-University Training Faculty Elena Vorobyeva.


 
  At the end of the meeting, the representatives of the delegation noted that they fully support the development of Russian-Kyrgyz cooperation in the field of science and education.


 
  After the negotiations, representatives of the Kyrgyz delegation had an excursion to the Museum of Finance, where Rector Chatkalbai Rayymbayev wrote some words of gratitude in the guest book in the Kyrgyz language.​​
