International Club “All Flags to Visit Us” Opens at FinU

On March 3rd, 2022, the first meeting of the International Club “All Flags to Visit Us” was held at the Financial University. The event was opened by Dean of the Pre-University Training Faculty Tatiana Bratarchuk and Head of the Department of State and Municipal Management Olga Panina. The speakers stressed the importance of expanding the boundaries of educational and scientific activities, bringing together active young people of different countries to develop solutions to the most important problems of the government.

In addition, first year students of the Faculty “Higher School of Management” and students of the Pre-University Training Faculty from Italy, France and Syria took part in the club meeting. Within the framework of the event, the following topics were discussed: public administration in different countries, problems of social and economic development, current trends in the development of cooperation between Russia and the international community.

Students of the Pre-University Training Faculty Bentivoglio Carlotta, Rama Ghanem, Castaing Celia gave presentations, and also answered questions from students of the Faculty “Higher School of Management”. Topics of particular interest were economic development priorities, social policy, the development of the standard of living, the realization of public functions, as well as the pandemic and education.

Summing up the results of the work, Tatiana Bratarchuk and Olga Panina noted the high level of the prepared reports, the interest of students in joint research, as well as the importance of such events to strengthen international cooperation in the field of education.

The next meeting of the club will be held in April 2022.
