Invitation to the International Dota 2 University League Tournament
The National Association of University Cyber Sport (N.A.U.K.A.) and the Moscow Federation of Computer Sports invite you to participate t in an international student Dota 2 tournament, which is to be held February 5 -13, 2022. The competition is timed for Russian Science Day.
The event is supported by the Tomsk State University, the University Consortium of Big Data Researchers, the Tomsk Regional Branch of the Computer Sports Federation of Russia, Colizeum network of cybersports clubs and IPR Media company.

Currently, the prize fund for the Dota 2 tournament is 500,000 rub. The fund is made up of sponsorship contributions from universities and tournament partners, and may grow by the start of the games.

The competition takes place in a 5x5 format. Participants can be active students; members of the same team must represent one educational institution. To participate in the tournament it is necessary to register at cybersport.university (inclusive) on February 3rd and create a team by filling in all the necessary data about the players involved. The captain, who deals with all organizational matters, registers the team.

Key dates:
- Until February 3rd: team registration
- February 7th: 1 and 2 qualifications
- February 8th: main stage
- February 13th: LAN final

The competition is divided into three stages: qualification, play-offs and final. Qualifications will be in the traditional Olympic Single Elimination format until the first defeat. There will be eight teams in the main stage - four of each qualification. They will fight in the playoffs on the Double Elimination system, and the two best will go to the big LAN final in Tomsk.
