The purpose of the RAEX ranking is to assess the results in the three main areas of university activities: the conditions for quality education, the employers demand for graduates, and research activities.

The ranking compiled by the Agency is an integral quality evaluation of alumni’s training. The ranking is based on the analysis of the following indicators:

  • quality of education (level of teaching (12.5%), international integration (12.5%), resource provision (12.5%), demand among applicants (12.5%) – 50%;

  • demand for university graduates among employers (cooperation with employers (15%) and the quality of graduates' careers (15%)) – 30%;

  • university research activities (innovative activity (6%), scientific achievements (10%), research infrastructure (4%)) – 20%.

The training is based on the results of university surveys, science indicators, open source data and surveys of faculty members, students, alumni, and employers.
