By the order of President of Socialistic Republic of Vietnam, dated 15th of November 2011, rector of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Prof. M.A. Eskindarov is awarded an Order of Friendship for “a special contribution to the education of financial and banking specialists of Vietnam and for assistance in the matter of cooperation development and  friendship between Russia and Vietnam.
