FinU took part in the inaugural conference of the Federal Personnel Reserve of the senior staff of the military-industrial complex, which was held on April 15, 2024. at the site of the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
The conference was organized by the Board of the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the FSUE VNII Center, the Federal Personnel Center of the Defense Industry, the Design Bureau of the Federal personnel reserve of the Defense Industry.
The event was attended by Kirill Lysogorsky, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Olga Petrova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Gordin, Rector of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and representatives of leading Russian universities: Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, HSE, RTU MIREA, RUDN University, MISiS.
Irina Okhtova, Director of the Directorate for Employment, Career Development and Work with Alumni, represented the FinU at the conference.
During the event, the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Kirill Lysogorsky emphasized the importance of the role of leaders in the context of a special military operation and sanctions pressure. In addition, the participants of the launch conference of the Federal Personnel Reserve were congratulated directly from the ISS by Hero of Russia, Commander of the Roscosmos Cosmonaut Squadron Oleg Kononenko and test cosmonauts Nikolai Chub and Alexander Grebenkin.
