On the occasion of celebration of the 75th anniversary of D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics (Svishtov, Bulgaria) the International Jubilee Scientific Conference on Economics and Management in the 21 Century: Stability and Growth Solutions (held on 8-9 November 2011), Prof. Velichko Adamov, Rector of D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, was awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
A delegation of the Financial University comprising S.N. Silvestrov, Pro-Rector for Scientific and Innovation-based Development, G.G. Sillaste, Head of the Department of Sociology, and E.V. Markina, Head of the Department of Finance, paid a visit to D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics.
Prof. Adamov was presented with the Doctor Honoris Causa regalia – a certificate, a gown and a square academic cap.
